These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Todway, including the desktop application, related services, and the todway.ai website. By downloading, installing, or using Todway, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Todway. If you use Todway on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You may need a Todway account and/or a connected Google account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access at support@todway.com.

Subscription

Todway offers Free and Pro plans. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on the website and may change with notice. Pro access may be granted via purchase or a valid redeem code. Early-adopter pricing, when offered, applies only for the stated promotional period.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan you select. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade to Free.

Refund Policy

Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@todway.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

User Responsibilities

  • Use Todway only in compliance with applicable law
  • Do not abuse AI quotas, automate abuse, or reverse engineer the product
  • Comply with third-party terms, including Google’s terms for Gmail
  • Review AI suggestions before sending email or taking actions
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise Todway infrastructure

Intellectual Property

Todway, its branding, software, and content are owned by Todway or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to your plan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer

Todway is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI suggestions, including emails you send.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Todway’s total liability arising out of these Terms or the product will not exceed the amounts you paid us for Todway in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
